Beamarc privacy notice

This notice explains how Beamarc handles information provided through beamarc.cpa and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, along with the services used to operate this website. Questions can be sent to info@beamarc.cpa.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, business name, service interests and message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you need. If you choose to tell us how you found Beamarc, we also use that answer to understand which sources lead to inquiries.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank details, passwords or other sensitive financial records through this enquiry form or ordinary email. Ask us how to share records before sending them.

Where enquiries go

Website form submissions are stored in Webflow and sent to Beamarc’s email inbox. They are not automatically sent to a CRM or mailing list. Webflow and our email service provider process the information needed to deliver these services.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit a Beamarc lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive your name, email address, company name and answer about the accounting support you need. Sema Koch, CPA uses these details to respond by email and arrange an initial conversation.

Meta collects the information you submit and makes it available to Beamarc through its lead-management tools. We access leads in Meta and may receive email notifications or download lead records to follow up on your inquiry. These records may be kept in Beamarc’s business email and files. Meta and our email service provider process information needed to provide these services. The lead forms are not currently connected to a CRM or mailing list.

Submitting a lead form does not start an accounting or tax engagement or subscribe you to a mailing list. Please use these forms for initial inquiries only. Do not include sensitive financial records. Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy. You can contact Beamarc using the address below to ask about information you submitted or request access, correction or deletion.

Website operation and security

The website uses the following services:

Webflow hosts this website and processes form submissions.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against spam and automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, for security and bot detection.
The website also loads fonts through Google Fonts; loading these resources sends a request from your browser to Google.

These providers may process technical information when your browser connects to their services. Read the Webflow privacy policy, Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice and Google privacy policy for information about their practices.

Cookies and browser storage

With your permission, Google Analytics measures website visits, traffic sources and interactions, using information such as page URLs, browser and device details, and online identifiers. Google Tag Manager loads Analytics after you allow the Analytics category. Separately, Meta Pixel sends website activity to Meta for advertising measurement and remarketing on Facebook and Instagram when you allow Advertising. Essential website delivery and form-security services remain active.

Use Cookie settings to choose Analytics and Advertising separately, then select “Save my choices”. “Accept all cookies” allows both categories; “Necessary cookies only” keeps both off. We save your choice in this browser for six months, including the notice version, timestamps and permitted categories. We ask for a fresh choice under this updated notice; an earlier advertising choice does not authorize Analytics.

Closing the banner does not accept optional tracking. We remember the dismissal for the browser tab’s session. If browser storage is unavailable, a choice applies only to the current page. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking and may refresh the page; it does not undo information already sent.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, optional analytics and advertising remain off. We will update this notice and the controls before adding new tracking purposes.

Email info@beamarc.cpa to ask about information you submitted or to request access, correction or deletion. Please identify the enquiry concerned without including sensitive financial information. Any request will be considered in light of applicable requirements and records that need to be kept.

Scope and updates

This notice covers website inquiries and inquiries submitted through Beamarc’s Facebook and Instagram lead forms. Information required for an accounting or tax engagement is addressed separately as part of that engagement. Updates to this notice will appear on this page with a revised date.
